I think DEVENIRGoaltenders is the best. After being with Ryan for about half a year I have improved 100 times better and with Ryan’s help I’m playing with the Minnesota Machine for there hadest tournaments like Calagry and Wininnipeg

Ryan takes goalie training to the next level. The kids work hard in his sessions and are spent when they leave the ice. The next question I usually hear these young goalies ask their parents is “when’s my next practice with Ryan?” Ryan and his team wear the pads and are on the ice to demonstrate, not pontificate.
My son is a better goalie because of Ryan and his team.

Ryan Ess and Devenir is top notch hockey training at the highest level. No one comes close to their intensity level both mentally and physically.

Picking a Goalie Camp and Coach is a really tough process… especially for first time goalie parents. My 9 y.o. daughter completed Devenir this summer and she grew by leaps and bounds. Most importantly, her love for the game and position remained intact after the tough and rigorous program that Ryan and his crew put her through.
Her respect for Ryan and his Coaches seems unbreakable. We hope that she will have many years working with Coach Ess and his team. At least 4 of our association’s goalies are working with Ryan and I haven’t heard a negative comment.

Ryan is a fantastic teacher for all age groups of goalies, my son Jacob has improved beyond my expectations with what I thought his potential was.
The camps where intense and fun, Jacob was excited every morning to get up and go….
